About Me

Katherine Upshaw will be joining us as a visiting instructor teaching BIO 1500. Professor Upshaw obtained her B.S. in Animal Science from UF where she was involved in the Equestrian Team. She obtained her M.S. from Kansas State University, and did her thesis on genetic abnormalities in Hereford cattle. She also has a Graduate Certificate in Genetics, Genomics and Biotechnology.
